Still Getting There. . . Sort of

Did another run on Pencil and found out that my pen/tablet pen/pencil holding habit is painful. Need to get used to drawing differently and consistently.

Pencil or Flash?

So I figured out that I'm not so great at Flash. I actually prefer Pencil for the 2-d animation. It just feels better to me. This small animation is just something to do. I need to get back on the principles of animation. I've been out of it for so long.

Burn and Flash

So I'm demotivated to pick up 3-d and switched gears to flash. It's something new to learn on my end and I actually enjoy it more than I did with Maya. The only thing that throws me off is me using photoshop hotkeys on flash. I need to pick up my tablet more.

Meanwhile this blog is going to house whatever animations and works in progress I have. They are going to be lack luster but I'll get better. Eventually.

First Demo Reel, Late Blog.

Being lazy and graduating makes you forget things. . . Like posting the final reel up.

Now I don't know what I'm doing. Getting a job is an obvious one, but still. I don't know what I'm doing anymore. I kinda need a schedule or something. . . . Maybe I should be somewhere else before diving in.

I don't think the demo is quite job worthy yet. So much compositing and camera fail. Maybe when I'm better at editing things. Maybe.

Late update

Finished PCC 2 and 3. Now in DRC. I'm going to drop the first asset because it honestly looks bad. Bad enough to be locked in a closet for the rest of time. So here's my rough camera for my demo reel.
